- The position is responsible for providing on-site network support to remote field locations. This position works closely with architects and engineers to execute project based facility discovery and remediations.
Responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- The Installation/Removal/Testing/Maintenance or troubleshooting of infrastructure hardware to include: Routers, Switches, Servers, and Workstations.
- Aptitude for working in an industrial/manufacture plant facility
- Project-related tasks that have been approved by Infrastructure Lead
- 100% Travel expectations
- Willingness to escalate/communicate risks and impediments vertically and horizontally within a project org structure
- Coordinating hardware replacement with appropriate on site and remote site personnel
- Participating in daily projects updates or as requested per project/activity
- Adaptability to changing environment variables
